I’m wrapping up a week in rural Thailand where I was celebrating the Songkran holiday. Life moves pretty slow in the country – one of the benefits of the slower pace is that you have plenty of time to walk around and take photos! Here are a few of my favorite photos from the week.

One of the things you notice about Havana within minutes of arriving are the classic cars all over the roads (some in better shape than others). Here are a few of my favorite pictures of classic cars in Havana from my trip to Cuba earlier this year.
I traveled to Cincinnati last weekend for a work event and I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. It’s a nice city with a lot to do and see. I definitely recommend the Findlay Market!
Had a fun night walking around Nashville and taking photos last week while visiting my sister. Here are a few of the pictures I liked.
All of these pics were taken in Nepal on a cell phone back in 2011. I traveled overland from Darjeerling all the way to Kathmandu then South to Varanasi, India. One of my favorite memories is taking a rickety overnight bus through the Eastern part of the county, being the only Westerner on the bus, and stopping off in villages that were lit only by candles. It felt really magical. I’ve been back once more since and I hope to go again. Absolutely amazing place full of great people.

I’m getting an early start on my New Year’s resolution to finally start a blog! I work at the company behind WordPress so it was only a matter of time until I started blogging myself. It’s crazy it has taken me this long!
I plan to primarily write short posts and share photos I take as I hone my photography skills.
